Printers are stationed around the building and you can use the Follow-Me print drivers to send any files to any of those machines.

Large Format Printing

- Large Format (anything over 12"x18") is a billable item.
- The business office requires all large format work to be logged and financially tracked.
- All media options below account for median ink usage.
- Any prints with full coverage outputs may incur an additional ink charge.

- Any design work will add to your production lead time, plan accordingly to allow for production timelines.
- All large format work (over 12”x18”) requires quoting and proof approval minimum of 48 hrs. before final deadline.
- Proofs will come via Teams Approvals/Adobe Sign.
- Final invoice will also come through Teams Approvals/Adobe Sign and will be billed to your department.
- Any any proof approvals not completed before deadline will be printed as is.
