The English & Language Arts Department helps students become confident communicators, thoughtful readers, and effective writers. Through literature, discussion, research, and creative expression, students explore diverse perspectives while developing the skills they need to succeed in school, the workplace, and beyond.

Our courses encourage students to think critically, communicate clearly, and find their own voice. From analyzing literature and crafting compelling arguments to collaborating with others and connecting ideas to the world around them, students are challenged to engage, question, create, and grow as lifelong learners.
