Mentee/Mentor Obligations

- Attend and participate in all Meetings -See Mentor calendar (2nd Wednesday of most months 2:40 -3:30)
- Let mentor or mentor coordinator know if you are unable to attend a meeting.
- Check in with mentor every 2 weeks.
- Schedule a minimum of one 30-minute meeting per term.
- Request additional time as needed.
- Complete Year-End Survey
Observations-Peer Conversations
- Observe two (2) veteran instructors. (Deadlines: November 20, 2026 and April 14, 2027)
- Be observed two (2) times by your mentor. (Deadlines: November 20, 2026, and April 14, 2027)
Log All Activity - Logs to be submitted to John Primpas by May 28, 2027

- Prepare to present (5-7 min) at the Mentee Presentations on April 7, 2027
- Get topic for presentation approved by John Primpas by March 17, 2027
- Check in monthly with your mentor.
- Participate in professional development activities (Conferences, workshops, courses, etc.)
- Schedule a minimum of one 30-minute meeting per term.
- Request additional time as needed.
- Complete Year-End Survey
