Microsoft office 365 Logo
Minuteman is pleased to offer Microsoft Office 365 for Education to students and staff.

With email, instant messaging, calendar, document storage, OneNote and more, Office 365 offers powerful cloud-computing technology. This gives students and staff the opportunity to have access to resources, calendars, emails, etc., at any time, anywhere. With this 24/7 access, our students are now able to work anywhere they have access to a computer with an Internet connection. Homework, projects, and essays that are started in class are automatically saved and can be worked on later from home, the library, a friend’s house, etc. when saved in OneDrive.

Office 365 allows the sharing of documents, which are then able to be edited in real-time. For students working in groups, these documents can be edited in real-time and they do not have to be in the same room to get their projects done! Editing spreadsheets, presentations, text documents, etc. can all be shared with classmates and teachers, and are updated as changes are made.

Under the software agreement, students and staff can install up to five instances of Microsoft Office on any five personal devices. This enhances the flexibility of access for both students and teachers outside of the school day.
