Facilities available for rental include

  • The construction of the first of three new synthetic turf athletic fields was completed in October 2021. The remaining two fields were completed in spring of 2022. All fields and tracks are available for rent. For full details, visit the Athletic Fields Project page.

  • Gymnasium Features Include:

    • Full-sized basketball court
    • Scoreboard
    • Pull-out bleachers
    • Seated capacity of 635; maximum capacity of 1,000
    • Locker rooms

  • The theater can seat 300 people and can host both live in-person theatrical performances or audio/visual on a large projection screen. It can operate as a sound stage, black box, or proscenium.

  • The Paul Revere Room is a large corporate-style conference room. Features include:

    • A maximum capacity of 200 seated guests
    • A dividing wall that can separate the room for smaller events
    • Full audio/visual capabilities with surround-style multimedia viewing
    • Adjoining full industrial kitchen for catering
    • Adjoining outdoor courtyard
    • Adjoining Student Union

  • The District Restaurant and Cafe is a full-service restaurant and to-go counter that is open to the public and operated by Culinary Arts students during school hours. Its features include:

    • Indoor seating capacity of 75 people
    • Additional outdoor seating
    • Full industrial kitchen with abundant counter space and state-of-the-art equipment

    Residential/Commercial Building
    Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District accepts inquiries for the lease of 16 Mill Street. Uses must support and promote Minuteman’s educational mission.

  • Additional facility spaces include:

    • Numerous Classrooms, Labs, and Vocational Spaces.

About the new Minuteman High School facility

  • New facility opened in September 2019
  • Located on a 65-acre campus on the Lexington/Lincoln town line, near the intersection of Route 2 and Interstate 95. Includes large parking lot.
  • Includes spaces for student-run businesses: childcare center, auto repair shop, plant shop, salon, and restaurant/cafe.
  • In addition to items listed above, the building also includes spaces for educational and rental purposes: academic classrooms, technology labs; science labs; greenhouse; machine shop; welding shop; spaces for carpentry, electrical, and plumbing education.
  • Minuteman is a grade 9-12 and adult career technical education school with 19 career technical majors, including engineering, plumbing, environmental science, automotive, carpentry, culinary arts, and more.
