Minuteman High School's FIRST Robotics team (8604) is rebuilding. Since we didn't compete in 2025, we're working to get back to the level we reached in 2023, when our alliance won an NE District event. We NEED adult mentors who have some robot experience, such as: - Mechanical, electrical, controls or software engineers - Machinists, welders and fabricators who have built or worked on robots - Past FIRST or other robotics team alumni  Commitment: as little as one evening a month to start, more if you can. Build sessions are usually 6-8:30pm at the Minuteman High School where we have got all the advanced machinery tools. All mentors complete a free FIRST background screening.  Email your interest to kcai@minuteman.org. If you want to get involved but don't have the technical expertise, we also need help with fundraising and sponsorships outreach. https://www.frc8604.com/about-us

The Game Club will meet Tuesday in the Art Room 2501, at 2:30. All are welcome to join us for board games, card games, D&D Nintendo Switch and more. See Mr. Farrill in Guidance with any questions.

Congratulations to the Varsity Golf Team for their year-ending victory yesterday in the annual match against the teachers. Leading the way were juniors Colin Riley and Jack Losier, along with freshman Logan Drew.

Picture Retake Day will be held on Thursday, October 29. If you are having your photo retaken and purchased a picture package, please bring your original package and proof sheet with you. Retake photos will automatically replace the original photo used for school services and the yearbook.

A **PARENTS: HAVE YOU MADE YOUR ANNUAL DONATION TO THE MPA?**

Every family already belongs to the MPA. We do not have mandatory dues, but we do ask each family who is able to make a tax-deductible donation each year. If even half of the families donated $50 we would reach our fundraising goals from donations alone!! Click here to support us! Thank you!
