Minuteman provides bus transportation for students living within its 9 district towns
Students living outside of those towns can receive transportation from their hometown school district.

The BusRight logo features a bus icon within a circle, with the company name beside it.North Suburban Bus uses the service (app) BusRight to communicate live about the status of the buses.

Parents & Guardians will have received communication to sign up for bussing via ParentSquare. 

Button with Apple logo and text: Download on the App Store.  Button with the Google Play logo and text 'Get it on Google Play'. 
 

  1. Sign Up for an account. Sign Up for an account in the app using the email you were invited with. Then, verify your email. 
  2. Log into your account. Log into your account with the credentials you just created. 
  3. View your child's routes. Start viewing your child's routes and track their bus. Get ETA's in real time as they go to and from school.

 

Bus Delays

In the event that a bus will be significantly delayed, Minuteman will issue a robocall/alert and email to parents/guardians of students assigned to that route. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT A THIRD-PARTY BUS COMPANY, NORTH SUBURBAN BUS, INC., OVERSEES ALL ASPECTS OF OPERATIONS AND STAFFING OF THE SCHOOL BUSES. MINUTEMAN WILL NOTIFY FAMILIES OF ANY DELAYS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Minuteman Transportation Memo – 2026/2027

 

 Minuteman partners with North Suburban Transportation to provide safe and reliable transportation to the following member communities: 

  • Arlington 
  • Lexington 
  • Needham 
  • Dover 
  • Stow 
  • Acton 
  • Bolton 
  • Lancaster 
  • Concord 

First day of school is Tuesday September 1st for all students. 

  • Please have your child at the bus stop 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup. 
  • Please wait 10 minutes after the pickup time before reporting a missed bus. 
  • Modifications will be made in the first few weeks as we fine-tune the routes 

If you have concerns about your student's safety with their bus stop, please contact: Brian Tildsley (see below) as soon as possible. 

BusRight allows families to track their student's school bus in real time. By now you should have received a communication with instructions on how to activate your BusRight account and download the app. Bus Right Parent App

Providing a safe & secure transportation experience for all students is of the utmost importance. Behavior expectations while riding can be found in the Student & Parent Handbook - pg.7&8

Late Bus & Sports Buses

Late Bus: The late bus runs every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30 pm. Your drop-off location will be different than your normal spot. Please use the late bus schedule to see the drop off locations.

Sports Bus: The sports buses run following games and practices Monday-Thursday evenings. The schedule for the week is posted on Sunday evening in BusRight.
