What is social-emotional learning?
Social-emotional learning is an education practice that integrates social and emotional skills into a school curriculum. The five main components of social-emotional learning are: 1) self-awareness, 2) self-management, 3) social awareness, 4) relationship skills, and 5) responsible decision-making.

What is wellness?
Wellness is primarily being in good physical and mental health. Wellness is the act of practicing habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. Instead of just surviving, you are thriving.
