Hours
Parking
  • You can park in the designated parking area in front of CCA for drop off and pick up only.
  • Parents that are Minuteman employees must park in the Minuteman lots.
  • Children are to be within arms reach of their parent during drop off and pick up for safety reasons. 
  • Please keep children out of marsh area. 
Arrival Procedure
  • Be mindful to limit number of families in foyer during arrival time to limit exposure.
  • CCA staff will admit you into the building or playground.
  • Please have your wellness screening for your child done before arriving.
  • You will then sign the child into the room using Tadpoles app on the iPad in the foyer.
  • The parent will use sanitizer on the child’s hands.

Please apply sunscreen prior to arrival at the program.

Departure
  • Pickup by 4:00pm.
  • Siblings are not allowed on the playground for liability reasons during dismissal.
  • If you are running late, please email/call to let staff know.
    • We will need to charge a late fee.
  • Please respect our staff’s time and depart by 4:00.

Throughout this handbook, the term “parent or parents” will refer to parents and/or guardians.
