Principal's Welcome Message

  • George Clement Principal Headshot “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dream.”  Eleanor Roosevelt

Welcome to Minuteman High School, a place where students gain a competitive advantage from the integration of academic and career skills, follow their passion, and experience the beauty of their dreams.  My 28-year career in education is driven by the desire to help a young person to achieve their greatest potential.  As Interim Principal, my goal is to ensure students acclimate to our new surroundings and realize accelerated academic, career, and social-emotional growth.

After many years of waiting, we feel excited to open our new building this Fall!  Our modern facility was designed with input from students, teachers, and administrators.  With a structure outfitted to promote collaboration, enhance safety, and advance learning, Minuteman is high school revolutionized.

Whether it is winning Gold Medals at the National Skills USA competition, earning highly coveted industry credentials, or gaining entry into their first choice of college, our students and alumni boast a lengthy and impressive record of achievement.  The Minuteman Parents Association fundraises for student scholarships, supports student activities, and unites our families.  The Minuteman Faculty are competent, caring, and committed professionals who earned national recognition as a 2018 National Blue-Ribbon Award-Winning school.

We invite you to take a moment and explore the modern career and technical education. Our two Academies host 5 career pathways, built upon 18 individual programs, designed to strengthen the connections between the student, academic, career skills, future education, and the workforce.  Students enjoy the opportunity to participate in a wide range of athletics and activities.  Admission to Minuteman begins by completing an application and we encourage students to apply early as spaces are limited.

In 1775 our patriot ancestors had a beautiful dream of a brighter future and led a revolution in freedom. Today, on the same ground that birthed our country, Minuteman High School shapes the future by leading the revolution in learning.
