Minuteman Students: Let’s show some school spirit as we gear up for Homecoming 2022!
Spirit Week will start this Monday, September 19, leading up to the Minuteman Revolution Football Homecoming Game on Friday, September 23, at 6:00 PM!
- Monday, Sept. 19: ‘90s Mania! It won’t be just another manic Monday. Come to school wearing neon or clothing popular in the 1990s. It’s gonna be all that and a bag of chips!
- Tuesday, Sept. 20: Tacky Tourist Day: Wear your best vacation outfit – tacky or otherwise. We just can’t say goodbye to summer, so don’t forget the sunscreen and pool floats!
- Wednesday, Sept. 21: Wear Pink! Go all out or add a subtle accessory – in pink – to show your school spirit.
- Thursday, Sept. 22: Western Day: Fringe accessories, boots, or hats – it’s time to show them off
- Friday, Sept. 23: Minuteman Spirit Gear Day: Wear your Minuteman hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other school-branded clothing. Wear it proudly as you cheer on the Minuteman Revolution Football Team as they play Lynn Tech at Minuteman on Friday night under the lights.
Homecoming Games and Dance:
- Football Game: Friday, September 23, 6:00 PM, on the new Minuteman football field. The Minuteman Revolution are playing Lynn Tech.
- Girls’ Soccer Game: Saturday, September 24, 11:00 AM, on the main athletic field. The Revolution are playing Snowden International High School.
- Boys’ Soccer Game: Saturday, September 24, 11:00 AM, on the baseball field. The Revolution are playing Snowden International High School.
- Dance: Saturday, September 24, 6:30-9:30 PM, in the Student Union and outdoor courtyard. Tickets are $10 and go on sale online on Friday, September 9. The dance will include a professional photographer and a DJ playing lots of music. The dance is open to Minuteman students only.
We encourage all students to come to the Homecoming games. Please note the school building will be closed to students, including athletes, from 4:15-6:15 PM on Saturday, Sept. 24.
