Letters to Families

Sept. 16, 2022: Minuteman Parents Association 2022-2023

Dear Minuteman Parents and Guardians,

The Minuteman Parents Association (MPA) is a group of parents/guardians of current Minuteman High School students who volunteer to plan community events and fundraise for scholarships for graduating seniors. The MPA is a non-profit organization, a separate entity from Minuteman, whose sole mission is to support the students, faculty, and staff of our school.

Please read these announcements from the MPA as the group seeks volunteers and prepares for upcoming meetings. Thank you.

Our small but mighty team has had a huge impact since 2019: we have raised over $40,000 and given away 30 $1k scholarships to Minuteman seniors.  We launched a hugely successful on-line shop for Minuteman apparel, host an MPA Facebook page to build community, offer regular virtual parent meetings, and support a highly successful teacher appreciation week each May. In spring 2022, the MPA convened over 130 parents to visit Minuteman, tour shops and network.
