Public Records Requests
Individuals have the right to make requests for public records under state and federal law. Prior to making a public records request from Minuteman, we ask that you please search our website in the event that the information you are seeking is located there.
A.) Records Access Officer
Under the law (SEC. 9, Sec. 6A), an agency possessing public records shall appoint a Records Access Officer (RAO). The RAO has the duty to:
- Coordinate response to requests for access to public records;
- Assist individuals seeking public records in identifying the records requested;
- Assist the Custodian of Records in preserving public records, and
- Prepare guidelines to enable requestors to make informed requests.
At the Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District, the Records Access Officer (RAO) is Edward A. Bouquillon, Superintendent-Director.
B.) Minuteman District Public Records Request Guidelines
