All of these resources can be used to support efforts to integrate attention to emotional intelligence learning in regular classes and subjects and other school activities. This pervasive approach can be far more effective than a more artificial separate subject or class approach to assisting students in developing both the intrapersonal intelligence and the interpersonal intelligence that together constitute emotional intelligence or the power to work effectively and constructively with others.
