CONTACTING THE SCHOOL
Parents or guardians are encouraged to contact school personnel about questions or problems and whenever so requested by school staff members. Parents will receive a GUIDANCE INFORMATION SHEET that will describe:

  1. The name and telephone number of a student’s assigned counselor.
  2. The names and best methods for contacting other staff members who can help with problems and issues.
  3. Other helpful information.

Meanwhile here is some general information on contacting the school:

  1. GENERAL - - The general school telephone number is (781) 861-6500. An automated voice will then give you directions on how to contact specific offices and how to use the school directory if you know the first three letters of a person’s last name OR you can then just press “0” to get a live operator.
  2. DEAN’S OFFICE - - For questions on behavior issues or detention, press 1 after,the automated response.
  3. GUIDANCE & ADMISSIONS - - Press 2 after the automated response.
  4. SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES - - Press 4 after the automated response.
  5. PRINCIPAL - - Press 5 after the automated response. While most questions and issues should be resolved with teachers, guidance counselors, the Dean, or special service personnel, the Principal or his assistant serves as an “appeal” level if and when something can not be resolved at one of the other front-line levels.
  6. VOICE MAILS - - Voice mail messages can be left if someone is not available at their telephone.
  7. E-MAIL OPTION - - If attempts to contact school personnel repeatedly fail, you may send a message asking for someone to contact you by e-mailing our webmaster. Your message will be forwarded to the appropriate person.
