Vision
Through a collaboration between business and education, it is the Partnership's intent to contribute to the educational, economic and political environments where students, faculties and administration experience the activities of the workplace while businesses contribute guidance, methods and opportunities to help shape education and to develop a more qualified work force.
The Minuteman School-To-Careers Partnership is designed to link area businesses and schools in order to better prepare our students for the future world of work. It is one part of our Career Partnership Program. In 2000, a second segment of the Career Partnership Program was developed: the Minuteman Business/EducationAlliance.

Located in Lexington, MA at Minuteman Regional High School, the Minuteman School-To-Careers Partnership began as a result of the School-To-Careers Opportunities Act of 1994. Massachusetts was one of eight states initially chosen to receive federal funds awarded jointly by the U. S. Departments of Education and Labor.

Partnerships between education and employers are our key to success. You can become involved with the School-To-Careers program and/or the Minuteman Business/Education Alliance! Please say,"Yes!" when educators ask you to join them in the exciting career preparation activities!
