Transportation/Busing

Minuteman Regional High School provides daily transportation for students who reside within the sixteen-town Minuteman regional school district.

Acton, Arlington, Belmont, Bolton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Dover, Lancaster, Lexington, Lincoln, Needham, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland and Weston.

Non resident students attending Minuteman Regional High School as Chapter 74 students are provided transportation by the community of residence. In addition to the regular two-way daily transportation to and from the Lexington campus, buses are also provided for students participating in after school extra curricula activities and athletics.
DRIVING/PARKING
Students will be allowed to drive a vehicle to school provided that:
  1. Proper authorization is granted by the Dean of Students. Applications are available on the first day of school.
  2. The student maintains an acceptable attendance pattern. (Any situation of school truancy and/or 3 late

    Any violation of the above will result in the revocation of the privilege for a specified period of time.
    ** Vehicles which have been parked/driven without authorization will be towed at the owner’s expense.
    Repeated violations will result in suspension from school.
    ** Students are not allowed in the parking lot at any time during the school day without written permission from the Dean’s office. On arriving to school each morning, drivers and passengers MUST move directly to the school building.

  4. The student only parks in the west lot beyond the staff lot unless given permission by the Dean to do otherwise. Student parking in nearby off-campus areas, i.e., National Park, office building, etc. is forbidden. Vehicles that are left on these areas may be towed at owner’s expense.
