Grade Point Average - Honors

Academic Honors
One way in which a student is recognized for consistent, outstanding achievement is by being placed on the honor roll. It is comprised of two categories.

High Honors – the student earns all A’s and B’s, with more A’s than B’s, and the student receives no unsatisfactory conduct.

Honors– the student earns a minimum of all A’s and B’s and one C and the student receives no unsatisfactory conduct.

The honor roll is published at the end of each quarter with a news release sent to local newspapers, and posted to the school's website.

Valedictorian and Salutatorian
Selection of the class valedictorian and salutatorian will be based on the highest two weighted GPA’s and recommendation of the Principal upon review of all student records. Students must have attended Minuteman for at least three years to be eligible.
