Welcome to Minuteman Athletics

Spring Sports Begin:

Monday, March 20
An athletic program has always been an integral part of a student- athlete's high school experience. At Minuteman, it is our goal in the Athletic Department to provide each student an opportunity to participate in an extracurricular athletic activity that will foster team work, sportsmanship, physical skills, a sense of worth, a knowledge and understanding of the sport, leadership and the principles of fair play.
In order to be in compliance with the state regulation, physical exams will be required every (13)Months to the day of the previous physical exam. For example, physical dated September 14, 2015 will EXPIRE on October 14, 2016. At that time the student athlete becomes ineligible to practice or compete until an updated and current physical is provided to the school nurse.
The Minuteman Athletics Department proudly offers a no-cut policy for all team sports along with no user fees.
A variety of co-ed sports are offered, including cross-country, cheerleading, golf, tennis and swimming.  We also offer soccer, basketball, and softball for our female athletes as well as soccer, baseball, football, hockey, lacrosse, and wrestling for our male athletes.
On Monday, March 6 we will be holding our first of 5 pre-season spring sport meetings.  If you are planning to participate this spring, it is EXTREMELY important that you attend the meeting.    Team meetings will be held in the mezzanine beginning at 7:50 AM.
